Rules:

-Explicit illegal use of the server is prohibited, including but not limited to brute-force attacks, hacking, cracking, and ddosing. This also includes distribution of illegal material.
-Abuse of resources, Email Spam, DMCA violations, and any other act which may be harmful to our servers or violates US law may result in suspension or termination without refund. If our IPs assigned to you are found to be blacklisted you may be assessed a cleaning fee up to 500 Dollars per IP.

SpeedMax Hosting Solutions LLC d/b/a LoVPS retains the right to:

-Disable your account at any time, with or without reason.
-Refuse renewal of your services.

Liability and Support:

-SpeedMax Hosting Solutions LLC d/b/a LoVPS is not liable for loss of data, profits or further damages, nor for technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
-SpeedMax Hosting Solutions LLC d/b/a LoVPS has no control over third party content and has no obligation to provide software support.
-SpeedMax Hosting Solutions LLC d/b/a LoVPS has an automated billing system in place to make invoicing and payments easier for customers. We are not responsible for any mistakes or errors this system may cause. When you sign up for our service, you are signing up for a pre-paid month to month service. If you don't pay for the next period, service will not be provided for the next period.
-Uptime is provided on a best effort basis. We make every effort to provide optimal uptime, but due to circumstances outside our control, downtime may occur. We provide no guarantee of uptime. Service credits, if offered, are provided on a case by case basis, and do not constitute a guarantee of future service credits nor an SLA agreement. SpeedMax/LoVPS does not provide an SLA agreement at this time.
